With the WesternFroxx all-in-one Protein Ladder (15 – 200 kDa) for immunodetection we offer you a protein size standard that is not only pre-stained, but also detectable by antibody detection methods analogous to the target protein.

How it works? The proteins used in the marker contain IgG-specific binding sites. Via these IgG binding sites, the primary/secondary antibody binds to the marker proteins during antibody incubation. This enables marker visibility with whatever detection method is used.

The result: clear band assignment and no inaccuracies due to manual marking.
